RECENT GRADUATES AND INDIVIDUALS LOOKING FOR A CHANGE

ECI is seeking recent HVAC graduates as well as individuals that have experience as HVAC helpers and similar jobs that require mechanical skills to join our team as well as motivated HVAC Installers and maintenance technicians who can learn quickly and who are looking to advance into a Lead Crew member or Install Manager position through us.  We need people who take pride in their work and want to grow with the company.  

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Basic to experienced mechanical skills
• Punctuality
• Attention to detail
• Self motivation
• Ability to drive a company truck
• Problem solving and Critical Thinking
• Excellent customer service
• You must be able to climb 28' ladders,
• Crawl under houses
• Work in confined spaces, and extreme temperatures. 

*CDL License is a plus, but not required*
