Blueprint Welder

Now hiring MIG and TIG Welders in Lake Mills - just a short drive from Fort Atkinson! Welding will be done in a manufacturing environment. This position is great for entry or mid-level welders, as you will use fixtures for these welds. Candidates will need to complete a weld and blueprint test and before hire, and show a willingness to learn.

Wage: $22/hr+ based on position and experience level

Schedules:
1st Shift Monday-Friday 6am to 3pm
2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:45pm-11:45pm
Plus: Enjoy paid lunch breaks.

Work includes:

• MIG or TIG weld with fixtures 
• Collaborate with lead welder to plan ahead on tasks
• Read drawings, weld symbols, and blueprints
• Help with assembly as needed
• Assist with loading and unloading of trucks
