SUMMARY OF ASSIGNMENT
Primarily responsible for heating, ventilation and air conditioning for the maintenance and repair of facilities. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: a. temperature controls; b. air handling systems; c. commercial refrigeration systems; d. commercial heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems; e. heat pumps such as: air to air, air to water, hydronic and split systems; f. calibration of pneumatic and digital controls; g. program various digitally controlled systems; and h. operate, configure and maintain PCs related to DDC systems. This position is subject to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Mandated Drug and Alcohol Testing Program as provided in District Policy #5202.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work will be performed in a standard mechanic repair shop and outside in all types of weather. Exposures will include dust, fumes, chemicals, weather, constant noise and crowded work spaces. Requires visual acuity and ability to use fingers, hands and limbs. Requires regular bending, stretching, walking, climbing, reaching, and twisting.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Employment with Clover Park School District is conditional pending completion of a Washington State Patrol and Federal Bureau of Investigation fingerprint background check as required by RCW28A.400.303. (NOTE: All associated background check fees are the employee’s responsibility.) The fingerprint scan must be completed prior to the first day of employment.
