<\/span><\/p>- Troubleshooting Diagnostics <\/span><\/b>&
Optimization: Troubleshoot and enhance the performance of commercial HVAC
systems to ensure optimal operation.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Preventive Maintenance:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Conduct routine maintenance
tasks, such as filter replacements, system inspections, and performance
assessments<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Controls Integration:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Collaborate on integrating HVAC
systems with Building Automation Systems (BAS) to optimize energy
efficiency and performance.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Client Engagement:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Communicate effectively with
clients to assess HVAC needs and provide informed recommendations.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Safety & Compliance:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Ensure all work adheres to
safety protocols and complies with relevant regulations.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- 3+ years of experience in
commercial HVAC maintenance and diagnostics.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Universal EPA, OSHA 10 or 30
certification - preferred<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Leadership experience training and managing Techs and Installers<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Able to travel 24 -50% of the time including some over night.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in reading HVAC
blueprints and technical diagrams.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience with BAS integration
and HVAC control systems is a plus<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong problem -solving skills and
attention to detail.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Valid HVAC certification/license
as required by local regulations.<\/span><\/span>
