The Superintendent oversees many different construction sites at one time from start to finish, managing safety, schedules, quality of work, employees, and subcontractors. The Superintendent's leadership skills are crucial to every job and their crews. M&T is looking for a strong candidate with a background in excavation, site grading, and underground utilities.
Qualifications:
-Job-related experience of 3+ years
-Clean Driving Record
-Must be able to pass pre-employment and all random drug tests
-Strong understanding of wet and dry utilities
-Must be able to read and understand plans and each job site specification
-Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to safety practices
Responsibilities:
-Supervise multiple jobs. keeping each one on schedule and under budget.

-Coordinate and manage crews, communicates well with project management, inspectors, and clients.
-Maintain all paperwork and daily reports of job progress
-Can manage a job from start to finish efficiently and safely
