Construction Superintendent

M&T Enterprises is looking for a full-time Construction Superintendent to join our team in Lehi, UT. If you have experience in excavation, site grading, and underground utilities-and you're skilled at leading crews and keeping jobs on schedule-we want to hear from you. YOUR DAY AS A CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

You'll be responsible for supervising several active job sites. You'll make sure work stays on track, on budget, and up to standard. You'll manage and coordinate crews, and stay in regular contact with project managers, inspectors, and clients. You'll also keep up with all daily reports and paperwork. Your job will be to lead each project from beginning to end while following safety rules and making sure all work meets job site plans and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

• 3+ years of related experience
• Clean driving record
• Strong understanding of wet and dry utilities
• Ability to read and understand plans and each job site specification
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to safety practices
