Construction Surveillance Technician (Okinawa, Japan)

NVE has a need for Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) to perform continuous surveillance of SCIF construction activities at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan.  The CST will detect and prevent unauthorized materials, anomalies, or attempts at technical compromise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections of all construction work.
• Perform material/equipment checks before introduction into secure areas.
• Document findings in daily surveillance logs.
• Participate in daily inspections and end-of-day closeouts.
• Report anomalies or incidents immediately to LCST.
• Safeguard GFP/GFE assigned to surveillance duties.

Qualifications:

• U.S. citizen with final DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Completion of DoS/DoD-recognized CST training.
• Prior surveillance/inspection experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, observation, and documentation skills.
