YOUR DAY

As a Field Mechanic at M&T Enterprises, you're the first line of defense when it comes to keeping our essential equipment running.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Performing repairs and maintenance on equipment, including excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, haul trucks, pick-ups, etc.
• Working independently on multiple job sites
• Maintaining safety standards, completing maintenance logs, and service reports accurately

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience as a mechanic
• A clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Detail oriented
• Some construction knowledge is a plus
