HVAC Technician<\/span>

<\/span><\/div>We are looking to hire a detail -oriented HVAC Technician to install,<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>maintain and repair HVAC systems. The HVAC Technician will be skilled<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. You will guide and<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>advise the customer to select the most appropriate air quality system<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>to fulfill their requirements. You will be responsible for air quality<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>systems from installation to end -of -life by performing maintenance,<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>warranty and emergency repairs.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient,<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.<\/span>

<\/span><\/div>· Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>conditioning systems and equipment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>warranty services.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Providing technical direction and on -the -job training.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>Occupational Health and Safety Act.<\/span>

<\/span><\/div>· Complying with service standards, work instructions and<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>customers' requirements.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
<\/span><\/li> HVAC Technician Requirements:<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· 1 years experience as a HVAC Technician<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Clean driving record<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Valid driver’s license.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning,<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>refrigeration and heating.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Working knowledge of boiler systems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>line with HVAC protocols.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>· Ability to work in confined spaces.<\/span>
