HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician who is confident performing preventative maintenance, identifying system issues, and recommending next steps to homeowners.

On average, this position earns between $70,000–$140,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform residential HVAC preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems
• Inspect systems for wear, safety concerns, and performance issues
• Identify basic mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues during maintenance visits
• Make minor repairs and recommendations with customer approval
• Clearly communicate system condition, findings, and maintenance results to homeowners
• Document work accurately using company systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle
• Escalate more complex issues to service technicians when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of HVAC field experience (maintenance-focused preferred)
• Solid understanding of residential HVAC systems and components
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive, team-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule

Certifications & Requirements

• EPA Certification (required)
• NATE or additional certifications are a plus (training assistance available)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a national background check and drug screening
