 What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and mentor our HVAC Service Technicians  
• Manage scheduling, workload, and performance metrics  
• Ensure top-quality service and resolve escalated customer concerns  
• Drive team development, training, and recruiting  
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve company goals

• 5+ years HVAC experience (2+ years in leadership preferred)
   
• Strong technical knowledge & customer service skills
   
• Ability to coach and motivate a team
   
• EPA Certification & clean driving record
