HVAC Service Tech

Cedar Park Group is seeking experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Service Technicians (Residential & Commercial) to join our team immediately. If you have strong technical skills, hands-on expertise with HVAC systems, and a commitment to safe and efficient operations, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC System Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, service, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, rooftop units, chillers, boilers, air handling units, and hot water tanks
• Install and maintain HVAC equipment with precision, including copper pipe sweating and system calibration
• Service and troubleshoot refrigeration units (large and small), temperature/humidity control systems, air compressors, backup generators, and high-pressure hot water systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance, clean, adjust, and repair systems to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure all systems meet compliance, health, and safety standards
• Temperature & Air Quality Control
• Monitor and adjust temperature, humidity, and airflow in different settings (residential homes, healthcare facilities, large commercial buildings)
• Calibrate thermostats, sensors, and control systems
  
• Maintain accurate service records for inspections, maintenance schedules, and repairs
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and industry best practices for safety and compliance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HVAC experience (residential, commercial, or mixed-use preferred)
• Stationary engineering background a plus
• Skilled in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems and refrigeration units
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance protocols and industry standards
• Must have own tools (e.g., electric testers, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)
• OSHA 10 certification required
• EPA certification preferred
