HVAC Technician/Installer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while providing a 5-star experience to our customers.

• Install, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless units, etc.)

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues

• Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventative maintenance

• Ensure all work is up to code and complies with safety regulations

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, options, and recommendations

• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site

• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred

• Valid EPA Universal Certification required

• TDLR HVAC license (or apprentice card) required

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
