As a Conserva Technician you are a self-starter who has been in the industry and has developed a professional approach to irrigation. You will be primarily be responsible for meeting with customers diagnosing and assessing issues and inefficiencies with irrigation systems and proposing the fix. Conserva is focused on smart irrigation and watering efficiently as the backbone for how we work. You will see it all in this role and will have many opportunities to interact with customers and excel on the job.

TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate System Layout and Identify Issues
- Valve and Manifold repairs
- Installing Smart Controllers and Flow Sensing equipment
- Adding Heads and/or Zones and Components on to existing systems
- Install Micro-Drip and Drip Irrigation Components
LEARNING ON THE JOB
- Work independently, yet be part of a team
- Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES® sales process
- Conserva University Online Training Tools
- Irrigation Association Trainings as Needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and baseline proficiency required
- Clean driving record is a MUST
- Results-oriented Team Contributor
- Motivation to earn production bonuses
- Positive Can-Do Attitude with a desire to do more...
- Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
