Quiet Village Landscaping is seeking a Landscaping Construction Project Manager to join our team!

Requirements for our Landscaping Construction Project Manager:
- 3-5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in landscape or hardscape construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, natural stone, outdoor kitchens, drainage systems, etc.), and grading
- Valid driver’s license and insurable on company insurance policy
- Proficiency in reading construction plans and interpreting design specifications
- Strong command of project management software, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and materials management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing design/build and hardscape construction projects from initial site evaluation to final walkthrough
- Collaborating with the design team during pre-construction to finalize plans, material selection, and build feasibility
- Preparing comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and work schedules
- Overseeing day-to-day field operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution of construction tasks
- Coordinating construction crews, equipment, and material deliveries to job sites and managing subcontractor work and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or other senior leadership
