About the Role
We’re seeking a Texas‑licensed plumber to qualify our company and help lead code‑compliant operations across commercial maintenance. If you hold a Master Plumber license and are willing to serve as our Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE), we’d love to talk. (Journeymen/Tradesmen with strong field leadership are also encouraged to apply, advancement support available.)What You’ll Do

- Qualify & Register: Maintain an active Texas plumbing license; (if Master) serve as the Company’s RMP and keep registrations current with TSBPE.
- Supervise & Mentor: Provide documented supervision for licensed plumbers and apprentices; support CE and hours tracking.
- Job Support: Review scopes, advice on materials/methods, change orders.
- Safety & Documentation: maintain records for permits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Active Texas plumbing license: Master strongly preferred; Journeyman/Tradesman considered.
- (For RMP) Eligible and willing to be listed as the Company’s Responsible Master Plumber.
- Strong knowledge of Texas codes, permitting, and inspection processes.
