As a Mechanic II, you’ll repair and overhaul gas turbine engine accessories.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Inspect engine accessories and accessory components.
  • Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality.
  • Complete relevant paperwork to ensure accuracy.
  • Observe all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience working with mechanical components.
  • Two or more years of experience with routine induction/dismantle of mechanical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs without assistance.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development).

 

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with turbine engine accessories.
  • Airframe & Powerplant License.
