  • Lay in open-root welds and perform multi-pass welds to meet project and code requirements.
  • Fabricate and weld piping assemblies, skids, and structural frames according to project specifications.
  • Read and interpret piping isometrics, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols.
  • Fit, align, and tack pipe and structural components to ensure proper fit-up before welding.
  • Execute welds that meet ASME B31.3 and shop quality standards.
  • Operate fabrication tools and equipment for cutting, grinding, prepping, and finishing.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure welds meet quality, safety, and visual standards.
  • Maintain tools, welding machines, and shop equipment in safe working order.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a pipe welder (process piping, industrial systems, or skid fabrication).
  • Ability to pass a weld test (3G required - 6G a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in TIG, Stick, and MIG on stainless and carbon steel.
  • Familiarity with ASME codes, weld procedures, and quality standards.
  • Ability to read piping drawings and fabrication blueprints.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.
  • Welding certifications (TIG & MIG) are highly preferred.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, work overtime when needed, and lift/move materials as required.
  • Must be willing to travel locally with a clean driving record.
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What We Provide

  • All necessary tools and equipment for welding and fabrication.
  • Competitive pay, PTO, benefits and matching 401K.
  • A safe and supportive work environment with opportunities for skill development.
