Job Title: Plumber  Residential / Commercial Plumber<\/span>

<\/b>About the Role: <\/span><\/span>Mid to Sr career  Plumber (preferred), who likes working in a residential or commercial environment with occasional light commercial work needed. This is a Plumber position, perfect for someone who is looking to grow and work in a stable  company with growth opportunities in Hancock. <\/span>

    Responsibilities: <\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Seeking candidates with 3+ years of experience in servicing, repairing, and installing commercial and residential plumbing systems.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ideally, candidates will possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License, but experienced candidates with a Trainee Plumber License will also be considered.<\/span>
      <\/li>

      Requirements<\/h3>
      Requirements:<\/span>
      <\/div>
      • Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes, prioritizing existing infrastructure.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Install and maintain water supply systems, including locating and repairing issues such as leaks.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, and faucets.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Install and maintain water heaters, sump pumps, back up systems, hose bibbs, etc.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Install waste disposal and sanitary systems, ensuring well -functioning DWV systems.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Service plumbing, drains, evaporative coolers, and sprinkler equipment.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Perform pipe fitting, routing, and high -quality work up to state and company code standards.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 75 lbs.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Preferred qualifications include 608 Gas fitters license, Journeyman Plumbers license, and low voltage electrical wiring skills<\/i><\/b>.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Must have hand tools and a clean driving record.<\/span>
