Job Summary
Provide support to the Executive Director of Facilities and the Director of Physical Plant by: inspecting, repairs, installing, making modifications and maintaining plumbing fixtures in heating, water and drainage systems. Identifies electrical, plumbing and safety problems applicable to the installation and take necessary corrective action.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required skills and abilities. Must have a High School Diploma, GED , or equivalent. - Experience: Five (5) years plumbing experience. - Computer experience: Internet, spreadsheet and plumbing controls.
