Position Overview

Apollo’s growing Sports franchise, as part of its broader U.S. Corporate Origination team, is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Principal to help drive its continued build-out. This individual will play a critical role in shaping business strategy, establishing and scaling platform infrastructure, and managing COO functions that underpin origination at scale. The Principal will support efforts to expand market coverage, deepen ecosystem relationships, and deliver the operational discipline required to grow a differentiated origination franchise. The role will have a dual reporting line into the management team of Apollo Sports Capital, ensuring alignment across origination and investing activities.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 8-12 years of relevant experience

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
