To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Service Plumber to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. We're looking for a skilled professional with 5+ years of troubleshooting experience who is ready to bring their expertise and customer service skills to our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, faucets, water heaters, and drainage systems.

  • Troubleshoot and repair systems such as pumps, heating units, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and related components.

  • Diagnose plumbing issues and perform efficient, accurate repairs.

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Communicate clearly with customers, providing professional explanations and recommendations.

  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.

  • Collaborate with team members, contractors, and other trades to complete projects successfully.

  • Mentor and assist junior technicians as needed.

  • Respond to emergency calls and resolve issues promptly.

  • Follow all safety protocols and use tools/equipment properly.

  • Stay current with plumbing technologies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (vocational/technical school training is a plus).

  • Relevant plumbing certifications preferred.

  • Several years of hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.

  • Strong knowledge of local codes and regulations.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
