An established and rapidly growing HVAC and refrigeration contractor in the Tampa area is seeking a Service Sales Manager to help expand and manage their service business. Responsibilities:
Develop and grow service and maintenance contract sales for HVAC and refrigeration systems in mid to large-scale commercial buildings
Identify new business opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term client satisfaction
Partner with operations and service teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure project success
Track sales activity, maintain accurate forecasting, and achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in a refrigeration or HVAC setting
Proven track record of developing and closing service or maintenance contracts with commercial clients
Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, controls, and related building services
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary of $70,000 – $100,000, depending on experience
Uncapped bonus structure
