Slice Utility 2nd shift

Job Summary:
In a fast-paced production, team environment, the Slice Utility team member is always maintaining a safe environment – compliant with all company standards. The Utility Positions are required to fill in for absenteeism wherever needed. They will be required to be trained on the different positions in the area and be able to effectively multitask and deal with change. Position requires working in both hot and cold environments.

Major Responsibilities:
Maintain proper meat quality
Maintain pace with line speed
Perform physical tasks every shift
Document paperwork
Identify and fix process problems
Other duties as assigned

Required knowledge and experience:
1 to 6 months of similar experience is preferred.
Must be a team player.
Must be safety, quality, and efficiency minded.
Chemical training will be provided and required
