 Essential Duties & Responsibilities for Small Projects Journeyman Plumber:

• Maintain a clean work site.
• Install plumbing systems.
• Train journeymen, apprentices, and laborers.
• Review the materials needed for the job well in advance.
• Notify the general manager of any items that will improve project productivity.
• Review and maintain project productivity.
• Install plumbing systems under the direction of the project Foreman or Supervisor.
• Self-motivated, reliable, high integrity, and excellent customer service

Experience and Requirements:

• Valid State Journeyman's Plumbing License
• Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Experience with commercial, mixed-use, apartment, remodel, and TI projects
• 5 years of experience as a Journeyman is preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and follow plans and specs
• Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
