Judge Netting Mountain West is a fast -growing specialty contractor that designs, builds, and repairs netting barriers for golf courses, sports fields, and landfills. The Superintendent for Judge Netting Mountain West is the traveling support and leader to all our Foremen, Leads and Field personnel. The Superintendent has knowledge of all current and upcoming projects and works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure all materials, equipment and crew are prepared for each project. The Superintendent is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensures all job sites are working safely. The superintendent works closely with our customers to answer questions and maintain a good working relationship. <\/span>

Experience:<\/span>
<\/div>
  • 4 years of previous experience in leadership<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • 6+ years construction industry experience<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Microsoft Software Suite (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Zoho or other CRM System competency.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Must have a Commercial driver’s license and a clean driving record.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Must have a valid NCCCO Crane Certification, or ability to obtain within 3 months.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Pass a background check and pass pre -employment and periodic, random drug testing.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Fluent in English with professional oral and written communication and be able to read blueprints. Multi -lingual in conversational Spanish is a plus.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Be able to travel frequently.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Live in Utah close to our yard in the Salt Lake City suburbs and be present at Staff Meetings and in the office/yard/warehouse when not traveling to customer job sites.<\/span>
