We are looking for a skilled and dependable Welder/Fabricator<\/b> to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding, cutting, and fabricating metal components according to specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.

Requirements<\/h3>
Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding on various metals and materials
<\/p><\/li>
Fabricate metal parts and structures from blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions
<\/p><\/li>
Operate welding equipment, grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools
<\/p><\/li>
Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain equipment and a clean, organized work area
<\/p><\/li>
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
