Home Pride Inc. has an opening for an Welder in Bristol, VA.

This position works 4, ten-hour, day shifts weekly (Mon – Thurs)

Job Responsibilities:

• Wears all required personal protective equipment (PPE) to include safety glasses, hearing protection and respirators.
• Reviews daily production orders and follows supervisor instructions to fulfill production needs.
• Ability to read weld callouts and follow welding procedure specifications when welding.
• Performs or assists with pre-weld parts fitment, and post-weld cleanup, inspection and repair.
• Performs preventive maintenance on tools and equipment to be used on daily shift.
• Keeps pace with other stations on the production line to ensure there are no bottle necks.
• Ensures quality control checks are completed on all finished goods to maintain a high level of quality.
• Conducts daily cleaning and organization of workstation to ensure safe and efficient workflow.
