Construction Project Manager - Estimator

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects to meet established goals for schedule, budget, and quality control.

• Develop competitive cost estimates for construction projects, including hard bids, change orders, and forecasting.

• Facilitate clear communication with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment across all project stages.

• Manage contracts, documentation, and safety standards with precision and accountability.

• Build community relationships to create opportunities for future growth.

Education & Experience

• A degree or certificate in construction management, business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).

• Three years of experience in construction management (preferred).
