Customer Service Agent – E-Commerce (Email-Based, Irrigation Focus)
White City, OR | Full-Time | Growth-Oriented Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent with hands-on irrigation knowledge who thrives in fast-paced environments, writes with clarity and professionalism, and wants to grow with a company that values both expertise and career development.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the expert – Use your irrigation knowledge to guide customers toward the right products and solutions.
  • Respond to customer emails with accuracy, empathy, and clear, actionable information.
  • Troubleshoot product, order, and installation questions to help customers get their systems up and running.
  • Assist with tracking, returns, and general product inquiries—always aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on irrigation best practices.
  • Meet our quality and response time standards (SLAs) while keeping communication friendly and helpful.
  • Share customer insights to help improve our products and services.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Irrigation experience – You’ve worked with irrigation systems or products and can speak the language confidently.
  • Strong written communication – You can write clear, professional, and helpful messages with ease.
  • Problem-solving mindset – You enjoy figuring things out and finding effective solutions.
  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable navigating online tools and typing efficiently.
  • Organized and detail-oriented – Able to manage multiple requests without losing track.
  • Team player – Works well independently but also enjoys collaboration.
  • Flexible – Willing to work overtime and some weekends during our busy season (March–August).
     

Preferred but not required:

  • Email-based customer service experience.
  • E-commerce background.
