La Gloria is hiring immediately for General Utility Staff to join their growing team at San Antonio International Airport!

As a part of the Utility Staff, you will be trained to work as a team and perform many different tasks including kitchen prep, dishwashing, serving guests, cashiering, and much more!

Some of your job responsibilities will include:

• Meet or exceed all health, sanitation and safety standards in all work areas.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Handle basic mathematics: You will be handling money for customers and taking stock of supplies, so the ability to add and subtract quickly is necessary.
• Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
• Read recipes, prepare and cook food according to instructions.
• Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
• Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
• Clean, stock, and maintain the front of house and back of house
