Utilize your people skills to buy grain from and develop relationships with producers. As a Grain Originator, you will:

• Communicate with farmers on grain prices, risk management techniques, and be their main point of contact involving grain
• Advise producers on contract options by understanding their operation and marketing concerns
• Maintain business relationships and prospect new producers through online, phone and in-person interaction
• Apply your knowledge of grain marketing to each producer’s unique needs while educating them on current policies
