KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE HVAC COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE SALES POSITION

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and new prospects, ensuring their HVAC needs are met.
• Must be comfortable prospecting through cold calling.
• Prepare and present project proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HVAC COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE SALES POSITION

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales, specifically in the commercial sector.
• Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

WORK SCHEDULE
