What You'll Do
- Install and service HVAC/R systems, including boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, splits, and ductless units.
- Fabricate distribution/control systems with code compliance and detail.
- Deliver professional installations and communicate effectively with clients and team.
What You Bring
- 5+ years recent HVAC/R installation experience, including lead roles (independent or with helpers) in residential/light commercial work.
- Expertise with manufacturers like Carrier, Trane, Lennox; thermostats (smart/programmable); duct fabrication; boiler installs/repairs; refrigerant piping; brazing/soldering; wiring/blueprints.
- Proficiency in sheet metal tools (e.g., snips, brakes) and hand tools like crescent wrenches.
- Autonomy in stock ordering, billing/paperwork, and safety-focused problem-solving.
- EPA Type 1, 2, or 3 Certification (required).
- Valid driver's license and clean record.
