Job Description

Outside Sales Rep / Territory Sales Manager / Account Manager required to support the growth and expansion of a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen & bath products’ operations.

The successful Outside Sales Rep / Territory Sales Manager / Account Manager will drive sales growth by developing and managing client relationships while promoting plumbing fixtures, bathroom accessories, and related product lines.

The ideal Outside Sales Rep / Territory Sales Manager / Account Manager will be customer-focused, results-driven, and able to excel in a fast‑paced, hands‑on sales environment.

Package & Location:

  • $70,000 - $100,000 + Commission
  • Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability)

  • Location: New England (Remote)

Outside Sales Rep / Territory Sales Manager / Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding key performance metrics and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, wholesalers, and design professionals.
  • Conduct territory visits, customer meetings, and professional product presentations.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects using Solar Eclipse and CRM tools to track opportunities.
  • Generate accurate quotes, follow up effectively, and close sales opportunities

Outside Sales Rep / Territory Sales Manager / Account Manager Requirements:

  • Proven success in outside sales.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
  • Experience with home improvement, kitchen, or bath products strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (Solar Eclipse experience a plus).
  • Self‑starter with strong follow‑through and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Growth‑minded with a passion for learning and sharing successful sales strategies.
