Responsibilities:<\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Responsible for meeting with clients and performing project walkthroughs for <\/span><\/span><\/span>thorough understanding of scope.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Responsible for servicing and installing rooftop units, mini splits, perform <\/span><\/span><\/span>routine maintenance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li>
Install new equipment in commercial settings.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li>
Responsible for working with vendors and putting together pricing for <\/span><\/span><\/span>estimates and creating proposals with assistance from office support.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Able to work independently and within a team environment coordinating with <\/span><\/span><\/span>other trade managers and sales development.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Manage service calls, including scheduling appointments, scheduling work to <\/span><\/span><\/span>be performed and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li>
Ensure timely and quality repairs, maintenance and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li>
<\/span>Ensure excellent customer service throughout the service process.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li>
Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Maintain customer satisfaction while adhering to industry standards and<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>regulations.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>
Must possess relevant HVAC certifications including the EPA 608 Universal Certification. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
PA, NJ and DE licensing is a plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Proven experience as an HVAC Service and Installation professional with comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Able to work after hours occasionally and weekends when emergencies arise. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li>
<\/span><\/span>Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li><\/ul>
