About the Role
No irrigation experience? No problem. If you’re reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn a skilled trade, this program is for you. You’ll train alongside experienced technicians to learn system installation, repairs, and seasonal maintenance.
Responsibilities of The Irrigation Tech
- Assist with installing and repairing sprinklers, controllers, and valves
- Support startups, shutdowns, and client updates
- Learn irrigation system layouts, electrical troubleshooting, and proper digging techniques
- Maintain organized tools and clean work areas
- Develop strong safety and quality habits
Qualifications of The Irrigation Tech
- No prior irrigation experience required
- Background in construction, plumbing, or landscaping helpful
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Work outdoors daily in various weather conditions
- Peak season hours may extend to 7 AM–7 PM
