Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced TIG Welders for a project located in Green Bay, WI. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $37/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Operate hand welding equipment to joint metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products
- Identify non-conformances during inspection of component parts and properly document such non-conformances
- Communicate and problem solve with others
- Maintain and keep welding equipment in good working order, free of debris
- Perform proper maintenance
- Maintain & clean equipment tools & work area
- Follow established safety procedures and work safely
- Accurately read blueprints
- Record accurate log of job times and specifications for audit reports
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must TIG Welding Experience
- Must pass Weld Test
- Ability to read Blueprints
- Must pass Drug Screen & Background Check
