We are looking for a PREP person to help us with our daily Fresh food concept. Knife skills and knowledge of prep list management with prior kitchen experience desired. This is not a difficult job but it reguires a consistent focus and daily commitment to keep the restaurant open.

The Moe's Team Member/ Utility Prep is responsible for providing excellent cleaning skills applied to the BOH area, washing dishes, general moping, dining room maintenance and FOH cleaning tasks. Some very general vegetable preperation, slicing, dicing, minor recipe adhearance. Our customers are our number one priority, and if you feel the same way, you are guaranteed to succeed with Moe's.
