Welder

The Welder will be responsible or welding, fabricating, and assembling sheet metal and structural components used in vending machine production.  This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG/TIG welding on sheet metal, steel, and aluminum components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Fabricate and assemble vending machine parts, frames, and sub-assemblies.
• Inspect welds for quality and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety procedures.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in welding in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding; experience with aluminum and sheet metal preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices.
