Job Summary- 1st shift!

We’re hiring a reliable Welder to join a fabrication-focused manufacturing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with metal, producing quality products, and working in a team-oriented shop environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform welding operations according to specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
• Fabricate and assemble metal components using hand and power tools
• Inspect completed welds to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and support daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Welding experience preferred (shop or manufacturing environment)
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication instructions
• Knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time, first shift, Monday–Friday
